Solderer:
We currently have an opportunity for a self motivated, experienced solderer to join our team. The successful candidate must have previous soldering experience, previous experience of soldering circuit boards would also be beneficial.
Duties will include: soldering small intricate products
*This is a temporary position with opportunity to develop into a permanent position

Skilled Aluminium Brazer:
Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a self motivated experienced Aluminium brazer to join our Mechanical Assembly team. This position will suit a person who has experience in brazing and ideally also painting. BSC manufacture a wide range of filters, many of which need to be brazed or soldered together as part of their manufacture. This is a critical procedure and therefore the selected candidate will need to be very skilled at brazing and self inspection to maintain our high standards.
The chosen candidate will joining our friendly team and will be involved in the continued development of this area. Good communication skills are also essential. Our reputation for leading edge design solutions makes this a challenging and intellectually stimulating position. We offer a competitive salary with an annual profit related bonus and a Company Pension Scheme.

Senior Microwave Engineer:
Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a self motivated experienced design engineer to join our innovative Engineering team. This position will suit a graduate engineer with experience of a wide range of technologies. Waveguide, cavity, microstrip, suspended substrate and lumped element experience would be particularly useful. Good communication skills are essential. Our reputation for leading edge design solutions makes this a challenging and intellectually stimulating position. We offer a competitive salary with an annual profit related bonus and a company pension scheme. A relocation package is available for the successful candidate.

Test Technician:
Based within our electrical test area, your work would entail alignment and test data recording of microwave filters and components. No previous experience is required however applicants need to be numerate, computer literate and able to demonstrate a good level of manual dexterity.
An electronics or science background would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be given on test equipment operation and filter alignment techniques.
